This calendar is a Google Calendar and consists of four sub calendars:

• Wellesley Elementary Performing Arts (blue)
• Wellesley Middle Performing Arts (yellow)
• Wellesley High Performing Arts (green)
• Wellesley Public Performing Arts General Announcements (also includes WPS vacation and holiday information) (red)

If you are interested in only some of these calendars, go to the top of the calendar and click on the down arrow to the right of "Print", "Week", "Month", "Agenda". This will allow you to select (or deselect) any of the four sub calendars.

Google has changed its policy and is no longer allowing users to search public calendars. However, you can still add these four calendars to your personal Google calendar "by URL" as follows: Login to your personal Google calendar at http://www.google.com/calendar.  In the left pane at the bottom, there is a box entitled "Other Calendars". At the very bottom, click on "Add" and then "Add by URL". In the Public Calendar text box, cut and paste one of the following URLs:

For Wellesley Elementary Performing Arts:
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/huelf30pbehf8a4g4fgcnje7h0@group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

For Wellesley Middle Performing Arts:
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/p3b5k88kh3aq4gsm1crtmd8g04@group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

For Wellesley High Performing Arts:
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/wps.performing.arts@gmail.com/public/basic.ics

For Wellesley Public Performing Arts General Announcements (and WPS school calendar information):
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/kbioicu6m47hp9ic62p0rmn1rk@group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

You will have to add each of the calendars you are interested in one at a time. When finished, click on the "Back to Calendar" link. The Performing Arts calendars will now show up in the left pane titled "Other Calendars". They may be toggled on or off by clicking their name(s). Events may also be added from these public calendars to your own calendar by clicking on the event and then on the link "Copy to my calendar".

For those of you who don't use Google calendar but use iCal software, the following .ics files (click on the hyperlink(s) of interest below to download them) will allow you to sync the Performing Arts calendars with your computer or mobile device (e.g., through Mozilla Sunbird or Microsoft Outlook or other calendar software):
