Elementary School Grade 5 Chorus

All grade 5 students participate in Chorus once a week during the school day. The group rehearses for two-three concerts a year depending on the building and scheduled assemblies.  Literature studied is drawn from recommended beginning choral literature but may also include popular music. The rehearsal techniques and experience working with a conductor in Grade 5 Chorus prepares students to continue in Grade 6 Chorus at the Middle School, if they so desire.
