P.A.W.S. Preschool Staff Each preschool classroom is staffed with an experienced teacher who has a Master’s Degree and is licensed in both early childhood education and special education, and at least two teaching assistants or paraprofessionals, depending on the needs of the group. Additional staff members include Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational and Physical Therapists, and a full-time School Psychologist.
