P.A.W.S. Enrollment

In order to be eligible for enrollment, children must be three years old by September 1st. When parents enroll their children in one of the preschool classrooms, they complete an application form, and the Parent Questionnaire of the Early Screening Inventory (ESI), an instrument designed to elicit potential areas of risk or developmental concern. This ensures that potential areas of concern are addressed early, and that a balance can be maintained between numbers of young children with special needs and typically developing children. In addition, all applicants attend a sample class so that staff members have the opportunity to get acquainted with the children.

Tuition rates are set each year. A $300 nonrefundable deposit is due following the receipt of a letter of acceptance. Tuition is divided into two equal payments with the $300 deposit subtracted from the second semester's tuition. Tuition assistance is available for families who qualifty.
